Pancakes for Shrove Tuesday

Shrove Tuesday is well known as a Pancake Day because of an ancient tradition to make and eat pancakes on this day. It is the last day when people can eat without restriction, therefore everyone tries to eat as much as possible

Dolma with chard leaves

Cook my version of the Armenian dolma, where I use chard leaves instead of traditional grape ones. Stuff them with rice, minced meat, onion, parsley and spices. Vegetarians can use zucchini, eggplant, tomato and pepper for stuffing. Serve with mustard, spring onion and sour cream.
